Former resident leaves $1 million to help city students reach MIT
NEW BEDFORD — Albert F. Carr lived in Maryland for nearly four decades, but his hometown city always held a piece of his heart. On Tuesday, through his estate, the late Mr. Carr gave his beloved city a special gift: $1 million to establish a link
